Good news, our booking service is re-opening!
We are now taking bookings for w/c 4th July and beyond!!
Over the last few weeks we have experienced a very high number of requests and enquiries for driving lessons and courses.
In an attempt to make sure as many people get access to our courses as possible and in order to cope with the large numbers wanting to start or continue their driving lessons with us, we have taken the following steps:
- We are therefore processing bookings in date/time order. This means that once we receive payment for your booking via this website you will have 24 hours to agree dates /times or a date range with your instructor. If similar requests for courses come in after you, they will be queued until we have resolved your booking.
- Driving lessons and courses must be pre-paid either in full or the appropriate deposit paid via this website
- The maximum block booking size will be 30 hours [maximum of 10 hours per week]
- The minimum driving lesson booking will be 2 hours [for both auto and manual]
None of our courses include theory or practical tests. The courses are for driving time. You will need to book these tests online once the DVSA reopens its booking service.
There is only ONE booking system and driving schools or instructors only have the same access to dates/times as you do. It makes sense you do this yourself and not pay extra for this. We simply charge you for driving time, nothing else!
Cancellations of driving lessons and re-booking of courses.
Understandably, many drivers are anxious about what happens if another lock-down occurs and they have a course booked or if restrictions on driving lessons are imposed.
Our cancellation and re-booking policy aims to be fair to both pupils and instructors [we are a booking service and not a driving school]
Driving lessons - require 48 hour notice of cancellation otherwise your instructor may charge you the full amount. They will be re-booked at the first available slot that is convenient for yourself and the instructor.
Driving courses / block bookings – if you have paid a deposit for a course it is non refundable.
For courses where the full balance has been paid you can cancel the course up to 4 weeks before you start with a full refund being made less an admin charge of £25.00.
If you cancel within 2 - 4 weeks of the course starting you will receive 50% of your course fee back and no admin charge.
If you cancel within 2 weeks you will lose the full course fee. Up to 4 weeks before your course start date you can move your course without charge. This can be done a maximum of twice and must be within 6 months of your first start date otherwise you will lose your full course fee.
